If you feel your child qualifies for free or reduced price meals according to the eligibility scale, please fill out the application and return it to your child’s school as soon as possible. If you received free or reduced price meals last year, a new application must still be filled out for the new school year. Only one application per household is needed. An application approved for free meals will allow your child to eat every day with no charge to you, and an application approved for reduced price meals will be charged $.40 a meal. No child who qualifies for free or reduced meals will be overtly identified in any way.
