RVUSD school starts again on Monday. Happy New Year! School is out one hour early on Monday, following the Wednesday early out schedule. Please arrange to have your child picked up at the correct time. Thank you!

Transitional Kindergarten (KinderBridge) Information Night - January 9th 6pm at the District Office - 1000 Yulupa Ave.
Children turning 5 September 2 - December 2 are eligible for KinderBridge.
(Late Start KinderBridge: Based on enrollment numbers the district will work on a case-by-case basis to extend the ending date for TK enrollment to students who will be turning five between December 3 and February 29, provided there is space in our district's TK classes.)
Tomorrow (Friday, 12/20) is Village Holiday Wear Day or Festive Sweaters and a regular school day. Happy Holidays!

Dear RVUSD families,
We just found out that the scope of the PG&E power shutdown event has been greatly reduced which means we can now open three schools that were previously announced for closure.
The following sites WILL be open for students tomorrow and Thursday:
Madrone
Binkley
Whited
Village
Spring Creek
Matanzas
RVCS- Matanzas
The following sites are still on the closure list.

Sequoia
RVCS-Sequoia
If anything happens to change for these last 3 school sites, we will update you as soon as possible.
Once again, we extend our appreciation for your patience and flexibility.
Parents, We had to call an ambulance for a teacher emergency. All is fine with the students.
