Dear RVUSD Families,
We are excited to welcome our students back to school starting on Monday, November 4, 2019. We have truly missed them and hope to get back to a normal routine as soon as possible.
All school sites have been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, all HVAC filters have been inspected and replaced as needed. All campuses were inspected by an outside agency and it was determined that it is safe for students and staff to return.
Throughout the week, principals will monitor air quality and determine indoor/outdoor play. Principal newsletters will have more details regarding the week. Please let your teacher or principal know if your child has any particular emotional or health needs this week so that we can provide resources.
In care and in partnership,
Tracy Smith
Superintendent

Advisory - All Rincon Valley schools will be closed for the remainder of the week. No school October 28-November 1. Please stay safe.
Tracy Smith, Superintendent

I’m sending my best to all of you. I hope everyone is safe and sound. ❤️, Mrs. Christopherson

Dear RVUSD Families,
Due to heightened uncertainty surrounding power shutdowns, winds, air quality and evacuations, we have decided to close all schools in our district for Monday, October 28th. Be safe. We will keep you posted as updates are available.

Dear RVUSD Families,
As we begin to plan for the beginning of next week, we are expecting some or all of our schools might be closed on Monday due to the planned PG&E Public Safety Power Shutdown event this weekend. As always, our goal is to open schools if we can. We will keep you posted as the effects of the event unfolds.
Thank you!

Hello RVUSD Families,
Each site will monitor the air quality and use the attached chart to make decisions regarding indoor and outdoor play throughout the day. Thank you!
